Gift card terms and conditions

Gift cards can be used online, via email, or by phone.

They are valid for one year from the date of issuance. After this period, they will expire.

Gift cards can be redeemed for any available driving experience.

The value of the gift card is applied solely to the selected experience. Additional items such as insurance, extra passengers, or video are not included.

If you book an experience priced lower than the value of the card, no remaining balance will be refunded or carried over for future use.

No, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be used to enjoy our experiences.

Can I purchase physical gift cards? ▾

No, at the moment, you can only buy a gift card on our website. After your purchase, you’ll receive a voucher by email with a unique redemption code you can gift to someone.

Can I transfer my gift card to someone else? ▾

Yes, you can transfer your gift card to another person as long as it has not been used. However, the cardholder must explicitly transfer their right to use it to the new person.

Can multiple gift cards be combined for a single experience? ▾

Yes, you can combine multiple gift cards if you want to book an experience that exceeds the value of a single card.

What should I do if I lose my gift card? ▾

If you lose your card, we will verify that it has not been used. If it remains unused, we will issue you a new card for the same value.

Can I use the gift card for rentals? ▾

Yes, you can use gift cards for rentals. In this case, the amount of the card will be deducted from the total rental price.
